Join us for our Young Writers & Leaders book launch of and readings from their newest collection of writing: Through My Eyes. Through My Eyes captures an array of childhood recollections. Some students chose distant memories—like Eden, a freshman in high school who recalls a memory from kindergarten. Others are more recent stories—like Fatimah’s, which is about closing her junior year’s chapter of life. In this book you’ll hear stories about how Ramadan can bring you closer to your mom and even yourself, nightmares, bonding over Pringles and cheesecake, and much more. Admission is free.
